Royal FAQ

 

AGE REQUIREMENT

The age requirement for Little Miss Royalty is for girls 3-16 years old. **However an underage fee of $15 is charged for guest under 3, no younger than 2 years of age.

 

 

LOCATION OF PARTY

We are a full-service MOBILE spa for girls and we will travel to you to make your little girl's spa dreams come to life! Parties are held at your home or venue of your choice. Some of our families choose to have their event at their own residence while others book a hotel suite or other venue for the event.

 

ARRIVING & DEPARTURE TIMES

We encourage all guests to arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to the party start time. Extended-hours parties can be accommodated if arrangements are made in advance.

 

PARTY TIMES

Parties time vary depending on the package selection and age of the children. Our staff will arrive approximately 15-20 minutes before the scheduled party time to set up and will require 10 minutes’ breakdown time after the party. **PLEASE NOTE ALL PARTIES BEGAN AT THE TIME AGREED UPON WITHIN OUR CLIENT'S PARTY CONTRACT.**

 

SPACE REQUIREMENTS

It is our goal to turn your home or preferred venue into a magnificent girly spa! Therefore, in order to ensure you have the absolute best experience we recommend adequate space for our spa "stations" and guests at your party. Please let us know when booking your party how much space will be available and we will tailor your spa experience to meet your needs.

 

PETS

At the courtesy of you party hostess and guests, please remove large pets from the party area, prior to our arrival.                                                                                                                                

 

PARKING

Please leave some space for us to park near an entrance where we will not be blocked in. We would appreciate easy access, as we have a lot of heavy items to carry into your party.

 

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

Please refrain from serving "messy" foods at your; such as chili dogs, condiments, and other items. I will be happy to suggest an appropriate party menu for the event.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF A GUEST ARRIVES LATE?

Because our parties are based on a schedule, they work best when all guests arrive on time. Those guests coming late may join the party at whatever point it has progressed to.

 

CAN PARENTS OF THE GUESTS STAY FOR THE PARTY?

This is a high-energy party with lots of movement. If there is ample room without interference, we welcome an audience.

 

WHO TAKES CARE OF A GUEST IF THEY BECOME ILL, HAVE BEHAVIOR PROBLEMS, OR DO NOT WANT TO PARTICIPATE?

Guests who do not wish to participate will need to be attended to by you. We are not responsible for the behavior of the guests. The Sassy Spa staff are responsible for hosting your party and engaging the guests in a constant activity. Good behavior is always promoted, but it is your responsibility to monitor and take charge if a child is not behaving, becomes ill, or does not wish to participate.

 

CAN SIBLINGS OF THE GUESTS STAY?

Please remember that our party packages cover only the guest of honor and their guests. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate unexpected guests or siblings of guests, as we prepare our parties based on the final head count given to us prior to the party. Siblings (of any age), who are not guests of the birthday child, will not be permitted to use any equipment.

 

IF A CHILD DOES NOT SHOW UP, DO I STILL PAY FOR THAT CHILD?

Please remember, you will be charged for the final head count you gave prior to the party.

 

HOW DO I RESERVE A PARTY?

To book a party please contact Little Miss Royalty via email to check and confirm your preferred date and time. Once your date and time have been confirmed, please visit our Reserve A Party Page to submit your party information and to pay your deposit.  Please remember: Final payment of the balance must be paid in cash and is due on the day of your party prior to the start of the party. 

 

WHAT IF I WOULD LIKE TO BOOK A PARTY FOR LESS THAN 8 GUEST?

If you would like to host a spa party for less than 6 guests, no worries ask about our Create-It- Yourself package. It’s convenient, personable and budget friendly!

 

SPA TREATMENT: The spa Experience is for entertainment purposes only and we do not sell or charge clients for cosmetology services. Our Staff is provided to assist guest with the spa “treatments” as needed and to supervise guests.

Royal Policies

To ensure the best possible experience we ask you to adhere to the following:

 

DEPOSITS 
A non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit is required to secure your date which can be paid via CashApp or PayPal (there is a 3.5% processing fee).  ** Reminder: All reservations and deposits must be made via our convenient online form. No reservations will be booked over the phone.
• Sip & Spa – 50% deposit if more than $75.00 (whichever is greater paid in full at time of booking)


FINAL PAYMENT: Final payment can be made by credit card via CashApp or PayPal, however; payment must be processed at least three days (72 hours) before the scheduled event. All final payments made with PayPal will be subject to a 3.5% processing fee. Effective as of June 12th, 2016, Square, cash and credit cards will not be accepted on the day of the event.
Checks are not accepted on the day of the party, for payment ... NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

RELEASE FORM

A copy of our 'Release Form' must be on file for all guest in order for your event to be held.  To download a copy of this form, please click either image below. For your convenience, the form is available as a .pdf.

 

 

 

 

 

 

MAXIMUM ATTENDANCE

Parties are typically reserved for a total of eight (8) guest  (including birthday child) for a more personable experience. However, the minimum attendance is two (2) and the maximum attendance is ten (10) for individual parties. **Contact Little Miss Royalty for group inquiries**

 

TRAVEL FEE

The following mileage fee applies for distances greater than 20 miles: $20 for party locations 21-29 miles from 75159; $30 for party locations 30-39 miles from 75159. Google Maps will be used to determine mileage. ****Contact Little Miss Royalty for parties more than 40 miles from 75159**

 

CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

•             Provide a safe and clean area for parties and all activities.

•             Provide access to running water and electrical outlet (s).

•             Remain with/near the party at all times.

•             Provide a gathering place for parents of the guests who wish to stay.

•             Provide a smoke-free environment.

•             Make sure all pets are put away at the courtesy of your party host, coordinator, and guest.

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

If your scheduled party must be canceled for any reason, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your party within 4-6 weeks from the originally scheduled event (based on availability). If we are unable to re-schedule or you prefer to cancel our services for any reason, we are unable to refund your deposit. In the event of inclement weather, serious illness, or other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel any event and offer an alternative party date.

 

FINAL HEAD COUNT

A final headcount is due (2) days before the scheduled event. Please be mindful that your final invoice will be based on your final headcount. If any additional guests participate in your party above your guest count included in your package, the additional fee is as listed above per additional person.

 

INVITATIONS

Invitations are mailed to you in bulk three weeks prior to your party date. You may then mail them or hand deliver them to the guest. If you'd like us to mail your invitations to your guests, an additional fee of .75 cents per invitation will apply.

 

FORCE MAJEURE: Either party may be excused from its obligation to the event in the event that acts of God, war, government regulations, riots, disasters or strikes renders such as performance objectively impossible or illegal.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY: Little Miss Royalty reserves the right to use photographs taken at your event in any promotional media controlled by us. You will make no monetary or other claims against Little Miss Royalty for the use of photographs taken of your children/guests. We will never use identifying information in its images. If you would like us to remove the images of your child /guests please let us know by email.

 

**LITTLE MISS ROYALTY assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages caused by your party. Your party host(s) will work to ensure that your home and guests are treated in the most respectable manner.

**LITTLE MISS ROYALTY is not responsible for allergic reactions to wearing any costumes or consuming any food or beverages before, during or after the party. It is the responsibility of the guest and/or guests' parent or guardian to inform the client of any dietary restrictions.

 

** THE LITTLE MISS ROYALTY staff are not licensed and/or professional cosmetologist. Our parties are for entertainment purposes only. No nail clipping or filing may be performed for this reason. However, please note that we do follow sanitary procedures.
